“Spoke to a lad called Toby, very friendly, professional and honest. I’ve renewed with Rhino again, simply because it’s the cheapest cover I can find and it’s cheaper by a lot not just a little! there is no BS like other insurance companies you know what your getting and what it will cost, all explained nice and simple and sorted.”

Good evening Ryan, thanks so much for the star rating! We massively apologise if the £14 Direct Debit administration fee was unexpected upon your renewal. This fee is paid annually for all policies paid via monthly Direct Debit and is something that you also paid for when you took the policy out last year. Note however that you were not charged any interest fees whatsoever for the monthly payment option, just the annual £14 fee :)
