“Overall a good service, but one member of the team (unsure of his name) failed to phone back on the date agreed to take payment from my Admin Assistant. If I didn't like your service I wouldn't have then gone online to finish the transaction. At which point a gentleman from the live chat connected to ask if he could be of any assistance. So I hope that the telephone conversation was an isolated case as we are human after all.”
