“Answered the phone quickly but not very knowledgeable, not sure the guy knew a lot about the different construction trades. FYI they don't cover solar or battery installations so if you're an electrician getting into this market just go elsewhere. Think they will be shooting themselves in the foot in the coming years as everyone turns to installing renewable technologies.”

Thanks so much for your review, we take all responses very seriously and strive to continue to improve our services based on customer feedback. Our staff are very aware and clued up around the multitudes of trades and industries we cover, albeit there are certain professions that we do not yet cover, therefore certainly won't be experts in those fields. We do cover solar and battery installations but only as long as these are installed on ground level and not at height. We are always looking to expand the trades we support however, so will certainly ensure that your feedback is considered. We are sorry that we couldn't help you further in this instance!
