“Can only comment upon the ease of purchasing Trade Insurance via the Rhino Trade Insurance website, as not had to make a claim so I am unable to comment on the claim process etc. For ease of use and speed of getting documents etc via their website portal - they appear to have it very well set out for us to get what we require easily, and more importantly, without the protracted and time consuming methods used by other Insurance Company Websites. Each click you make - it shows the cost of the cover as you add what you wish - so no going through all the unnecessary rigmarole used by other companies only to find they are not competitive. It is here that I rated them a 5, as the system was easy to use, very well set out and made the purchase a quick and easy, and they don’t waste your time.”

Matthew called me within a few minutes of my online request, he laid out everything I needed to know in about my policy in a very clear easy to understand way I found them very easy to deal with and they offered a much better policy for a much lower premium than EVERY other competing company I spoke with and much better customer service.
