“On line enquiry with back up call with nick . Very short call ( brilliant as I'm on the tools ) . Got the policy I was looking for with a great price from nick . Emailed and asked for nick to call so I could take out the policy and he did . Great guy , brilliant service , and best of all down to earth guy , Will recommend to anyone to try for a quote as online comparison sites where well over priced for less . Thanks nick”

“Electrician I wish I'd dealt with Rhino years ago! If you're a trade business I would 100% recommend using this company, knowledgeable, accurate & professional customer service based in Leicester. I had to renew my PLI of 10,000,000 & was unhappy with the service I'd received from my previous broker of 8 years. I had some questions about tool cover & for transporting goods in my van also, installing Electric Vehicle Chargers with the same PLI? All answered straightaway & purchased while I was on the phone. My new documents were emailed instantly & saved me over £900.00 on what had been quoted from another broker the day before. Total time spent on the phone 20 mins! Job done. I'd give a 6 star rating if I could to Nick for customer service, well done. Very impressive Rhino”
