“Took a little while to get the form to display correctly and had two or three goes at it, not sure whether it was a system blip. Tried the chat option, but after an initial response, took a short while for an operator to pick up with it, so had to abandon that also. Decided in the evening to give my application for Public liability insurance another go, no problems whatsoever. Got the cover needed which is £5M. at a very competitive price. Please don’t rocket them next year like the rest do….”
