“The product is great and value for money. However, I'm not very keen on the constant calling to renew my policy. This pressure to renew way before my policy is due for renewal may in the future lead me to find a less pressurising company.”

We always contact customers on 4 occasions if their policy is due to expire. Once 30 days before expiry, then 14 days before expiry, the day before expiry and then if the insurance has yet to be renewed or cancelled, on the day of expiry. We do this to give our customers the best possible opportunity to ensure that they are covered and remain compliant and protected. We will look into the circumstance of your renewal to ensure that our processes were met.
