“The product was good but the delivery was a bit sluggish - it didn't arrive 'next day' as I had paid for and in fact only arrived four days later. However, I'll cut them some slack on this as the order was placed just before Christmas. More disappointing was the fact that the slippers were supposed to be a surprise present for my wife, but as it was she who received the package because I wasn't at home, the surprise element was lost because the packaging had 'Moshulu' emblazoned all over it! Please use plain wrapping - I expect many of your customers are buying your goods as presents, or at least have a 'plain packaging' box to tick on the order form.”
“Normally I would give 5 stars but the leather on the Seville is much harder than normal and nowhere near as comfortable. I have been buying these particular sandals for years and have them in various colours.
