“After 1 year the zip on my Panama bag started to pull apart from the bag i.e the stiching failed and/or it had been stiched too close to the egde. I srnt photos and Moshulu quickly requested the bag be returned for examination (they sent a post paid label). Soon after the defective bag was received by them they got in touch to say they would replace or refund the bag as it did not meet their quality standards. As I love the bag I opted for a replacement which arrived within a couple of days. Excellent customer service! Thanks”
