Excellent selection of all product ; bought myself a fab sandal which was in the sale;very comfortable .Friendly staff who were very helpful. Great value for money. “Am I the only one with an unhappy review?? Started off very positive with the Seville sandals. So much so I purchased a number of pairs. Unfortunately of the six pairs ordered three pairs were faulty. All with the same issue. The right foot was much smaller than the left and I couldn’t get my big toe through the toe post. I have small feet. I even measured the leather. Customer services were helpful but failed miserably as they even sent out a replacement pair that also had to be returned with the same problem. This is a serious quality control issue. While they were happy to process a full refund (one month later) there was no apology. VERY disappointing as they’ve not been able to provide me with the black pair I wanted. Not sure if I can ever bring myself to buy from them again.”
