“I had an issue with my slippers and Moshulu arranged for me to return them for inspection. There was a fault with the slippers. They got back to me very quickly and arranged a replacement. The products are so well made, I already own 2 pairs of Moshulu sandals.
Best of all the customer service was first class. It's not often nowadays that companies have good after sales service but Moshulu were amazing! Thank you, it was a pleasure dealing with you. 😊”
