“Great service, very quick delivery. Unfortunately the sizes were too bad, so went to Wells where a very helpful lady called Tracie took shoes back, returned money, then found a pair of trainers and some sandals for me. Are great, and I have ordered more in the sale.”

“Nice shop but shame it was shut when I called to return items at 3.30pm on a Thursday afternoon. A sign on the door said we will be back in 10 minutes. The time when the door was locked not mentioned! I could not wait as other things to do with not much time left on the car park ticket. I have a 30 min drive to the town and will have to go in again. Frustrating!”
