However I would mention that I went in to your Totnes shop to buy the shoes and was told they didnt have any and there were none left online that I could buy so whay not have something else! I wanted the Salcombe 3 so went home went online and ordered them in minutes.
The lady in the shopt was cashing up and we had to wait for her and it was not closing time. Another couple in the shop also had to wait for her to finish. She gave the impression she wasnt too interested in our potential purchase! Am I beling harsh, no just honest. But to add I do love the shoes.”
“I love their style of footwear, and the quality is generally good too; on one occasion when an item failed unexpectedly, they were very helpful and replaced it. My only issue is somewhat unpredictable widths - I find some styles too narrow but others are fine, so I wish they would give some indication.”
