“A lovely shop with pleasant staff. I had my online order sent to my nearest shop, which worked very well. One problem, however, when trying to collect initially was that the shop was closed with a ‘Back in 10!minutes’ sign on the door. I had to get back to work, so I left as I didn’t know when the 10 minutes had started! The lady in the shop said the sign was company policy and no other sign was allowed. Some frustration all round as the company sign was totally unhelpful!”
“Brilliant leather shoes have six pairs all different colours. Two pairs in the winter loafers heavy soles. Just watch the width although they do stretch. Also best slippers ever.”
