“Good customer service. Fast delivery. Excellent packaging.
Lovely boots. Good length with nice width of leg. Comfortable soft lining and zip. Thick sole for cold weather and comfort walking”
“Even though it was very close to Christmas, slippers arrived very quickly. I was impressed to see a prepaid bag for return/exchange but it wasn't needed.”
“I placed an order at the start of December for Christmas, but two weeks later the delivery was stuck at the couriers depot.
After contacting Moshulu I very quickly had a replacement order sent out via express delivery and was refunded the postage as an apology.
Can't praise the service enough and would definitely use them again, many thanks for ensuring the items arrived for Christmas.”
