Today visited your Shrewsbury New store cannot say the same for the lady who served me. Although I did purchase another pair of boots at a discount. Will not be visiting that store again.”

“I got my first pair of Moshulu boots several years ago now from a charity shop and I've got to say they are the most comfortable pair of boots that I've had in a long time and there is still years of wear left. I went into the Honiton the other day to look for sandals. Moshulu was the first and only shop that I went to. The sales assistant was really friendly and accommodating and I felt nothing was too much trouble, at the same time she gave me the space to make my decision (which takes me ages!!) trying on all the lovely styles and the choice of colours were fab, and I had a bonus as the pair I chose were in the sale. I went home a happy shopper. I know where I'm going the next time I need any footwear, yes you've got it Moshulu”
“I bought a new pair of boots today in the Moshulu shop in Wells,Somerset. Fiona served me and she was so helpful. I was unsure which colour to buy and also I’m about a 4 and half so never know if I’m a 4 or 5. She trekked up the stairs about 4 times for me and when I said one of the purple Nightjar boots was scuffed she used the wax spray to demonstrate how they needed to be cleaned. I eventually bought size 4 in black plus some of the wax spray. I left the shop an extremely satisfied customer. Boots look lovely 😊 Please can you pass my comments on to Fiona as she proved an excellent ambassador for your company.”
