“The live chat is never there honestly. After depositing cash over months; recently I got a bonus that was promised of 20 dollars for my equivalent 20 dollar deposit. Which went through ok, but after winning 66dollars which I wanted to cash , I was denied that if I did that, then I lose everything. Secondly, I was asked to verify my details, which I submitted the requested documents but I got a rude shock that the verification failed. Well this site is not honest and if they were, they would have responded to my email I sent days ago after the "live" chat agent did not ever turn on”

“Don't like the Keno game. Minimum bet of $1 sucks and limited choice of how many games as they are set to 1,2,3 then jump to 5 or 10. Cant watch more than one game at a time. Cant see how many games are left on ticket. Don’t not expect to win more than 2% of your wager. Thats the way the game is set up. Then there are the timeout/loading issues.”
