“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waiting over a week for documents to be verified after months of a hassle of a pending withdrawl of £1100, conveniently seem to get same guy a lot on chat who is rude and unhelpful. Tell you to email them and never respond. They then say they will email you but never get in touch. Whole experience has been stressful and upsetting.”

“I won £500 pound on scratch card on lottogo.com 2 days ago now and I withdrawed it and its still pending I spoke to them and because my photo I'd has expired they won't pay it out it's actually a joke and I think it's a scam”
