“Took nearly two weeks to payout and the verification process was horrendous. Staff don't understand how PayPal works. Caused me great stress”

“The web site itself is really poor designed. Having been a member for sometime and every time I load the web site no matter on what devices or browsers, it is the same. Not responsive at all, you click and nothing happen so click again but sometime you actually clicked it already so it result in clicking something else after... The free scratch cards are a joke, never win on that... not even once... don't offer fake hope”

“The app and site are blasted with adds to subscribe. As usual it offers a bonus for the first £10 deposit however compared to other sites it is only a £10 bonus. Out of all the lotto games and slots I played I could not win a bus ticket, the appa and site are very hard to navigate and it is not clear as to the gameplay sections as it is all over the place. Sure once you get used to the messy layout you can navigate it but one wrong click and you sign up for a subscription which will charge you on a recurring basis. This is certainly not good for managing your gambling spend and considering every popup is to subscribe to a recurring payment for said bet it is very easy to hit the wrong button and end up in bondagevwith said bet. After all the above it runs slow as it is massively bloated it is certainly not a app or site I am comfortable with returning I am looking to closing my account once my current bets and or bonuses are completed”

“Very good on giving deals however I played £30 worth of money and hardly won anything. I also couldn't withdraw money I did not want to use anymore. I could only withdraw my winning which I find is wrong. A company shouldn't do that.”

“The promotions are rubbish”

“Slow at paying out any winnings. Told payments are not made over a weekend. Take your money fast enough though and then put account on hold when you win until they can verify you.”
