“I have been taking the. food hygiene cert for over 20 yrs, sitting in a class room, i found this appropriate for me, even though i got one question wrong. However i don,t think this has the depth that someone new to the subject needs. My suggestion, people should not be allowed to take part in this course as a first instance, i think people who work with food need a day in a class room with a food hygiene tutor, a person who is new to food hygiene needs needs to be able to ask questions, maybe needs examples, and discussions. People can go to prison for violations of food hygiene practice, so it's vital people understand the importance of getting food hygiene right.”
