“The products are great, so I gave 4-stars - but the shipping time ZERO stars. It takes way too long to receive your products, at least 2-weeks! (I am not a new customer.) I’m sorry, but for such expensive skincare products, you can more than afford not to let your customers wait so long. At least aim for 5-business days to receive at most. I am only writing this because you sent an email today asking for me to leave a review, as “it’s been about a week since you received your order.” It startled me, as I know I hadn’t received yet. I did a quick search for my original order and tracking, and I am supposed to receive tomorrow. So clearly your email isn’t tracking when we actually receive our items. But 14-days is unacceptable, in this day and age of receiving online packages so quickly - or at least timely. Please do better!”
