“I am a die hard fan of face gym workouts it has reversed my age, glowy .. hydrated made me more confident and after the session, I walk with a broad smile .. they have lovely cute bubbly young receptionists and mini doctors .. my all time favourite is Dr Aroosa and the new found on the team Dr Yasmin .. they give a personal touch to the targeted areas . (I have noticed a reduced pigmentation of dark spots on my face) with an ambition to carry out the organisational values and goals that give importance to customer.
I am a repeat customer for products such as the Active Collagen Wonder Moisturiser , they have correctly named it .. it does wonders to my skin and delivers as promised with the SPF 50 and the 28 day Active Blast Collagen and the overnight cheat mask.
I have noticed that they take the feedback really seriously as there has been a remarkable improvement to email responses where a solution or your query is delivered quickly .. well done”

“The products are great, so I gave 4-stars - but the shipping time ZERO stars. It takes way too long to receive your products, at least 2-weeks! (I am not a new customer.) I’m sorry, but for such expensive skincare products, you can more than afford not to let your customers wait so long. At least aim for 5-business days to receive at most. I am only writing this because you sent an email today asking for me to leave a review, as “it’s been about a week since you received your order.” It startled me, as I know I hadn’t received yet. I did a quick search for my original order and tracking, and I am supposed to receive tomorrow. So clearly your email isn’t tracking when we actually receive our items. But 14-days is unacceptable, in this day and age of receiving online packages so quickly - or at least timely. Please do better!”
