“The phone case broke within a week. If im paying this much I expect it to last a little longer than this. I wouldnt be so annoyed were it not for the fact that I emailed the support 3 days ago to ask for a replacement with pictures as asked for and all the information they would need. I had no reply and so forwarded it back yesterday. I have still not had any reply. I would be perfectly happy with it if they were only to replace or refund me. The quality of the print looks really good so if they were to fix this I would easily give them 5 stars.”

“I was initially very happy with my new phone case (iPhone 8plus) the pictures look amazing and the quality appeared to be great. I have only had the case for a week and it has already cracked in 2 places. I take good care of my phone and was expecting this case to last much longer than just 1 week. I don’t even remove my case to charge it or anything as I have wireless charging which works well with the case on. Really not happy with this poor quality, maybe it was slightly faulty, but either way it is cracked.”
