“It was good service, however it did take 10 days to process and deliver and the pictures were a little blurry, however overall good service. Hard cases are good and the quality of the print was okay.”

“Printing was pretty good though had less contrast than one we got of the same image a few years ago. Skin overhangs a little on one side too, but might just be bad application.”

“Cases great, quality good. Only issues i have is the photo hard cases- the print wore off though i do use my phone heavily as many do & shipping can be a bit slow from time of order. But good overall”

“I was very happy with the process of ordering....it was easy to do and fast. The order came in faster than I thought. The only thing I might change is the photo seemed a little lighter than what I would have wanted but that might have been down to the photo I choose. Thanks for a great product!”

“Great quality cases very protective If I had one flaw in the design it would be the colour scheme. It isn’t quite right so when designing I recommend going a shade darker than what you want”

“Although the case is lovely, I am disappointed that I picked the centre text option but when the case arrived it was all aligned left. Even though preview showed centre. Because I bought this for myself (copied from a case my kids bought elsewhere with centred text!) it wasn’t as disappointing as if I’d bought this as a present.”

“Happy with the service, only two things that kept it from 5/5: 1) The print came out a little bit dark, although I can understand since the artwork I chose was a nighttime setting and dark by nature, but it does show that the print can miss on some details. Any purple highlights came out black. 2) I placed the order without creating an account. Which is fine, except you can't track the order this way, despite getting an order no. in the receipt. I made an account afterward and emailed the support team asking if they could link my order to the account and they did so within one day so thumbs up for that. Otherwise I'm happy. Order arrived I'd suggest making an account first and not choosing a dark scene for your artwork and you'll probably be giving 5/5.”

“service and product as advertised, although quality and durability of product still to be tested. the image representation was true. It's a brittle case, so not sure it would withstand a drop on a hard floor! Fit of device in it is good, and matches up with the device user buttons and photo "eyes". I would buy again, i think. Jo”
