“Well, since you inquired about my satisfaction with Wrappz. I hope one day I will be very satisfied with wrappz. In order for that to happen, I need to receive my sick custom laptop skin I ordered 10 days ago and that is currently god knows where. Paid for shipping almost the same amount as for the skin, so getting a bit frustrated seeing that it spent six days travelling between UK's Royal Mail's logistics centres and then went silent three days ago.”

“Darker than on-screen reproduction. Considering the lack of any side panels it's £10 for a sticker. I wouldn't pay more than £3.”

“Purchased a Samsung phone wallet case for my mother for Mother’s Day. When the case arrived the photos were beautiful on it, but then I opened the wallet case up and the plastic insert inside that holds the phone is put in wonky and only stuck on with a strip of sticky tape and also the part where the camera holes meets the case is not stuck down at all, so flaps off the end of the case. I contacted wrappz and was told that’s how they are made with just the small sticky tape strip but if I sent photos of it being wonky inside they would take a look. I did that straight away but that was 4 days ago, Mother’s Day is tomorrow and still no response from them or anything to give my mother for Mother’s Day. Absolute appalling customer service and quality and I will certainly not be purchasing from them again.”
