“Ordered on 11th August and did not receive a delivery within a week. Contacted customer service who informed me it would be sent the following working day. However 3 days later and only then was decided to be sent. Not happy paying for such a bad postal service. Still waiting or my order nearly 2 weeks later.. so much for quick delivery and keeping to their word”
