“The exact same image as I used on my last order. But this print was not as clear. Looked more faded. But still useable and looks still professional. I wouldn't have noticed but I had the two laptops side by side today”

“I really liked the idea of a clear gel case with my name printed on the back and with a £10 discount I treated myself to one. It arrived really quickly despite stating that my order could take a couple of weeks to process due to it being on a deal. I was really happy when I unwrapped it, it looked exactly how it did online and of really good quality. However, I put it on my phone and it stuck to my phone in some places creating like air bubbles(?) which completely ruined the look of the case and it just looked messy. I am thankful I didn't pay full price for it! I wish I'd have ordered the hard case now. I wont be ordering again!”

“I recently ordered the wrong cover and when I emailed to see if anything can be done I was told a flat no. I understand that it was my error and I was not asking for anything to be free but I was looking for a little customer service, unfortunately I did not receive this. I work in a customer orientated business and my customers are always put first over profit within reason, without them I make no money. I would have been ordering two more cases for my older daughters but you can keep the 15% discount I won’t be ordering anything else from you. In a world where customer service is focussed on less and less and more focus on profit I find when a company goes that bit further it retains customers as I have proved many times in the business I am in and I consistently stick with the same companies that provide me with that customer service even at a higher cost in my personal dealings. It’s a shame we are not on the same page.”
