“I ordered a iPhone 7 phone tough case, but for some strange reason it looked like someone had put shading on to the picture, as when the phone case arrived it was a lot darker then my partners. As she a iPhone 7 Plus Tough case too, and she has a picture which is theayn”

“It took far too long for the item to arrive after I ordered it and definitely not worth waiting for. Parts of the skin do not stick properly around the edges of the phone. I know the iPhone 7 has rounded corners but I would expect the skin to be designed to fit them, otherwise, why sell it?”

“I ordered a phone case from you on Jan 5th and 12 days on am STILL waiting for it. I contacted your customer service team who asked if I'd given the correct address. I told them what the address was and they told me that it looks like Royal Mail couldn't deliver it because instead of 1 Holywell Lane, the delivery address was written Holywell Lane 1. That seems very stupid to be fair. I wouldn't even mind if the customer service agent had apologised, but instead they made it sound like it was my bad and like I was the stupid one. Not impressed and still waiting for the cover...”
