“Although the item was created and dispatched in a reasonable timeframe, my order was not how it was represented on the online creator. After receiving the item, I contacted customer service with screenshots of what I submitted vs how it had arrived. I did receive an email acknowledging my query informing me that they would look into sending a corrected item, this was nearly a month ago - I have not received this item nor have I been contacted with an update. I have followed up on the original email requesting a refund but this has gone unanswered.”

“I bought a phone case of wraps it come in very good time good packaging nice little label inside the anything I was impressed with was the transfer on the back of my phone case seem to rub off really quick I emailed the guys and they got got in contact immediately they offered me some other options of which the transfer would stay permanent I selected the new phone case I wantedThey sent that out for me not only that but they also sent another one of the original phone case that I ordered as a good gesture couldn’t couldn’t be happier”

“I have had my phone case for over a year now. I love the case but also love how it protects my phone. The soft inner lining, then the hard outer case. I am just going to order one for my son and onother one for me for my new phone. There is nothing wrong with the old one, it just doesn't fit my new phone unfortunately.”
