“Ordered and paid for my item for it to not arrive and when trying to contact them I have received no response! My money has therefore been stolen! Ridiculous and dishonest do not purchase from this company”

“After looking at a few websites that offer custom laptop skins, cases, sleeves etc, I deceided to use Wrappz. I carefully measured my laptop, chose and uploaded my image and after editing a few details, I was happy with my design and proceeded to the checkout. The price for my custom skin would be £12.99, which I thought was a fair price, but then I saw that the delivery cost was £14.99! That's more than the actual product! I don't know how it's possible that it costs almost £15 to send something via Royal Mail (UK postal service) to a UK address?! They don't even use first class postage. Anyway, I deceided to use another company after that as there was no way I was going to pay that amount for postage. It's unacceptable imo.”
