“Used app to look for a p30 pro case after a lot of effort through glitches,made design then got sent a p30 case not pro which is too small , explained to customer services then was given code by them with 30% off which didn’t work when making the same order and complained only to be charged for another case and have my order cancelled . Very poor customer service . Somewhat rude and unhelpful . Don’t bother ! Save your money !”

“I found Wrappz via Vodafone and took a look. I liked the idea of a personalised phone case, and the done one for my model of phone, I did also look to see if my wife's phone was an option as it would have been a nice idea for mother's day coming up, but sadly it's not listed. However after receiving the case for my phone, fully personalised with a picture of my wife and son it's perfect in every way. People who have seen it have asked where I got it from, totally love it, will come back if this breaks or when phone upgrade.”

“The photo on the personalised case was very grainy and not clear at all. I was sent a voucher code so tried Wrappz rather than Photo box. I wouldn’t recommend Wrappz the quality of the photo is not as good as photo box so won’t be using again.”

“Thrilled with both covers. Images transferred really well. Loved the choices on the IPhone covers, the tough case is fantastic, making the phone feel quite robust. Unfortunately only 1 choice with the P20 pro but still a good case.”

“I ordered a personalised wrap as part of my brother’s 30th birthday present, and looking at the order time to make and the delivery time I ordered it, as I calculated that it would arrive in time. All I got was a confirmation email after the order and heard nothing since. The day before my brother’s birthday I was worrying as I hadn’t received any information about my order, so I emailed them and received no response. An hour and a half later I got a dispatch email, so they clearly forgot about my order, and inevitably the gift was late despite my efforts to order it in time.”
