“I received a voucher for a free case, after having difficultly applying the voucher code I contacted the customer service team and they were quick to respond and resolved my issue. The delivery time was quick and the quality of the case is brilliant. I am very happy with my case and I will be ordering again!”

“The item that I bought has been mistakenly delivered to a local address, when it should've been an international parcel. I was given a link to follow-up the issue, but the link is not responding. https://wrappz.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/19018 I haven't been given any update about the package up to this day.”

“The image didn't print the same as the online preview showed (It didn't seem to account for the black border around the camera gap in the preview) and the colours came out a lot darker (I've used the same images and colour hex codes from other retailers and not had this problem) so overall I was a bit disappointed but the case is good and strong and it was a present for my partner who was happy with it. Just wasn't perfect.”
