“Easy to order, fast production, but for me, the print quality was a little disappointing. I am a professional photographer & graphic designer so maybe my expectation are a little higher than the average purchaser. Can't fault the website ordering process or delivery of the product though. I would liken the image quality to a colour photocopy - lacking halftone detail in highlight and shadow areas of the image.”

“Good online platform. Easy to use designer. Fast service. However print quality not amazing, used high resolution high dpi images. When arrived was all fuzzy... Could be better... Adaquete... My printer at home produces better quality images...”

“Took 3 weeks to receive my order. Not being able to pick up the phone and speaking to a human being leaves you feeling rather lost! The online contact form is aweful. I was then advised that my order had been posted many days before, but I don't agree that this was the case as I'd not received an email notifying me of this. (Interestingly when they had processed my order the second time, I received an email notifying me). I won't be ordering from wrappz again. It's such a poor service and awful customer service. I have certainly made my feelings known to others thinking of using you! I will continue to tell people how bad my experience was!!”

“I still haven't received my order. This is the first and last time I'll use your company. I've had no response to my emails today or Facebook message, and when I tried calling you it just went to voicemail. I'd just like to know where the item is and whether it will arrive before Christmas but no one can seem to answer that.”
