“The product itself was absolutely brilliant. But it was a Valentine's gift using a promo code and when I ordered it, I didn't receive confirmation of shipping to say that it would be here in time for V Day, so I had to contact you guys and ask to cancel it if it wasn't going to arrive. They told me that it had been dispatched that morning so I couldn't cancel it. Whether my order was forgotten or I magically picked the dispatch date to contact you... who knows?! But I received the shipping confirmation about a week after it arrived. So not a good customer experience, and I'm not sure I would use you for a gift again - too stressful not knowing what's going on!”

“I was Happy with the Product itself. The design was right. However it doesn't fit my phone and has caused problems with tearing my clear coat off as I tried to fit it on. I've emailed about the situation. I won't be purchasing anything else. Don't want to take the chance. It's been a Good Service though.”
