“Excelent quality and time to door. However the prints ovelaped a little making one design slightly less than wanted.”

“I ordered my first customised case October last year and absolutely loved it! I bought another recently and noticed a change in design in terms of the volume and lock buttons which tend to be slightly hard use and requires quite some force. Needless to say, this phone case is so protective and I love having my design on a case!”

“Really good quality silicone case, with great printing (it could have been a slightly bit brighter, like the image, but still great). That is the only very small negative, as everything else was good quality. Would highly recommend, but you are limited when it comes to cases for a Samsung phone (and mine was for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G - so a new phone). You only have the option of the silicone case or the Folio case options. Overall though, it is exactly what I designed and really happy with it.”

“I purchased the PlayStation 4 controller covers (stickers) which you can custom design. I was very impressed with this and if I had any criticism at all it would be that the stickers were a fraction out in terms of the angle at the bottom (and this is only because the stickers are flat and the controllers at the bottom are a rounded surface so it will never be 100% correctly fitted that way) - otherwise good quality. Advice to those purchasing however, make your images very good quality as unfortunately I designed one of the two purchased with a not-so-great image and compared with the one I did for my daughter it wasn’t great - entirely my fault though...good quality, delivered quickly too. Would recommend 100%”

“Phone case was lovely and came on time, looked exactly how it did on the preview picture, only other thing is I never got a email saying it had been despatched/with courier so I unsure of when it was coming, but I received it in a week.”

“Wrappz is such a cool place to get personal items and you can have almost anything you can think of, although one down side is that I have a brand new Samsung s10 lite and they don't have plans to stock the hard cases !!!”

“Love the case I brought for my partner. Hard casing which is great with him being a farmer is phone gets bumped a lot, only think that was a little down side was that I choice four picture the bottom to two on fine the top to seemed a little to far to the left so it very nearly took away from the top left photo but all in all with it having our three children and my father in law who has just passed on the photos it was a beautiful sentimental gift and my partner loves it.”

“The quality of the product is fantastic. However I think should be backed up with better communication about an orders status. I was in contact by Facebook messenger and email. One response said dispatch would be the Friday and the other, the following Monday. It was actually dispatched on The Tuesday. I was disappointed because the website stated covid-19 was not effecting ordering or the delivery of goods. Despite this, I would order again to give a second chance because like I said at the start, the product is great.”
