“Very disappointed in the product/ordering process and customer service thereafter. I ordered a personalised cushion for my wife with a photo of our daughter on it, during the purchasing procedure your asked to tick a box ”to print on one side only click continue” I did that and presumed that my cushion would have my photo on one side and would be blank on the other... 🤷🏻‍♂️! When it arrived I was disappointed to find that one side was the requested photo of my daughter and the other side was the example photo from The website! I now have a beautiful cushion with a photo of my daughter on and on the reverse two complete strangers. I contacted customer service via email and was told that the system is fully automated and that there was nothing they could do to change the process to prevent it happening again. To check I wasn’t in the wrong and that it was my error a went through the same process again only to find the same problem!! Customer service offered me a discount code to use when ordering a replacement great right? How about if I told you the discount code was only for 40% off!? In my opinion it should have been for the full amount or at the very least 50% given that only 50% of my order is correct! It’s a real shame as the quality of the item is fantastic. I will not be a return customer based on all of the above and I urge you to be cautious when ordering from the site.”

“Light weight and great photo quality. Came earlier than expected and good service. Only thing would be that the iPhone X case doesn’t cover the top and bottom of the phone which I don’t prefer. Other than that, I would recommend and use this website again in the future. Has reasonable prices.”

“I find it quite ironic that your sending me a “review” email yet I still have not received my phone case,I have contacted you TWICE! Using your contact form and now have rang you today,and have to leave you a message as there was no one available!!! Terrible service,I. The process of contacting Paypal for a refund on a phone I haven’t received!!”
