“All good and happy purchase but I have to mention one thing: I don't know if it's the printing process or the website, but my customised skin is A BIT missplaced towards right., going from high left to low right. And I`m 100000% sure it wasn't my fault, as I center-it with the tools provided from the customization menu. Not even 0.01inch lower or higher in the customisation process. The happy point: is hard to notice it, but I did :)) Anyway, I'll score them 9/10 :)”

“Ordered on a sunday wanting an iphone x skin for my mothers birthday on the saturday coming. When i ordered it, it said 3 days delivery time so it should have arrived before my mothers birthday. I had received nothing by thursday so emailed and had no reply until a day or 2 after when they said sorry and sent me my order confirmation by email. A further 2 days after i still received nothing so emailed again and again, it took another day to respond to my email they said yet again just sorry and said it was sent out today. Come Wednesday of the following week i was quite fed up that my order still hasn't arrived so decided to email again and all i got was it should be with you tomorrow. I was very disappointed with the service i received and will take my business somewhere else next time! (I also did try to ring a total of 13 times over the 11 days and each time nothing happened and it just said to send an email which is pointless as it takes 2 days to ever get a response!) Very disappointed and would not recommend wrappz to anyone!”

“Took a very long time to be delivered, it said 3-5 working days but didn’t arrive for 2 weeks Finally it was folded and had a folding mark in the middle, not impressed at all”

“Very easy to use site enabled me to create a cushion for my mother’s birthday. On one side a cherished photo of her and my late father. The other a photo of her and my brother and I. Vibrant colours and clear images made a gift she cherishes.”

“I have over the past years purchased many skins from Wrappz Unfortunately this time the print quality is not good at all. Should the skin have arrived with any paper work I would have complained straight away. The photo I used has been used many times for lots of skins that have all bee exceptional quality. Should this have been down to phot quality I would have understood but this cannot be the case. I’m so disappointed that I won’t be using the skin and won’t be ordering again. Very disappointed as these are not the cheapest on the market but I’ve stuck with Wrappz due to their previous quality”

“The case itself is good quality. I picked dark grey plain colour for print, you've given a white border or something to go with dark grey text and it looks extremely ugly. I meant to return it but had to use it for emergency. However the case is still good quality.”

“Thank you, the cover for my Samsung phone arrived and was perfect! Sadly it didn’t fit. Perhaps I should have just ordered a wrap as I have done previously because it was perfect!”
