“Had some initial trouble with the design feature on the website, and then using a discount code I’d received, but customer services were really helpful and resolved this quickly. Haven’t tested out the case yet as it’s a gift, but it looks as expected so daughter will be pleased.”

“Ordered two phone cases for me and the mrs, when they arrived one was great but mine was damaged. The photo on my case wasn't stuck down fully and was peeling off of one side and the cut wasn't even straight, it's like someone has used scissors to cut it. However I got in contact with the company and they emailed me back almost straight away apologising for what had happened and sorted it for me. They are now sending out a replacement case for me. Total respect for the team in which deals with all the issues for sorting it for me so promptly.”

“Beautiful quality case. Would have given 5 stars however the top image is further to the left than I expected based on the impression given by your preview so part of my dog's ear is obscured by the camera hole surround. If I had realised I would have moved if further to the right but the preview led me to believe that I had positioned it appropriately.”

“Great service, my custom phone case turned out great. Just one little thing; the template case isn't accurate to each phone model, slight different layout to what was expected (raised part where the camera is) but nothing major and still looks pretty good.”

“Being in Jersey Shore,USA, I thought it would take much longer. Impressed with delivery time. Tried tracking from Royal and it was a mess. You should provide all tracking info to customer from the beginning. Convenience is huge for customers staying happy. Other than that, well-done.”

“I liked how easy it was to make the image and I was appreciative of the speed with which the product was manufactured and shipped. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the selection of customisations available, as well as making the movement of images on the model phone more seamless. I also think allowing customers to add texture to the phone case would be beneficial.”
