They’re very helpful to beginners like myself. I had no offers what I needed to be buying, and they helped without being pushy.”
“The service I received from Willies over the phone and online was great. My only problem was that DPD put the parcel in a locker that was far too small for it (I don't know how they managed to get it in there). It took me over 5 minutes to lever it out of the locker and the box was damaged - thankfully not the skates but as they are for a Christmas present it is a bit annoying, especially if we have to make an exchange. Otherwise everything was perefect.”
