“Love the shop, love the products, quick deliveries, mainly all good except postage cost. £4.50 postage for a pair of £6 skate laces was abit hard to take and I only went through with the purchase as I was desperate for them and didn't have time to go to the shop to pick them up.”

The metal mounting plates are installed with 1mm space from the sole what makes skating very painful. I can feel strong pain in my heels even after replacing original thin insoles with thicker. Person who mounted it, either have no idea about skating or even shoes, did not care or even did it on purpose to make skating impossible 😱 I can provide photos to show how the plates are mounted. Separate issue is the design with an EXTREMELY high heel. For what?”
“Phoned Willies, Coventry as I wanted hockey skates and blades for my son for Christmas. They were very helpful indeed, I think the gentleman was called Johnathan. I again phoned the same day to ask if I could maybe change the blades but they had already been dispatched! I was advised if I still wanted to change the blades after I received the order, they would do this free of charge! As it happens, I didn’t need to change the blades.Couldn’t ask for a better, friendly service. I will definitely recommend Willies.”
