“This is the second time I have ordered worms. They arrived very promptly - within a day or 2. They did not appear on first sight to have much life in them. However when I examined them closely they were all moving, if slowly. They must be quite traumatised by being in the postage system. Never mind a flight from Canada! I have checked where I ‘planted’ them under netting and they have all burrowed away to do their stuff. Very satisfactory. Thankyou.?”
“I am very pleased with my cage although when I tried to hang it up the handle came off and eventually fell into the undergrowth and was lost for ever, due to my clumsiness probably.
I propped it in a fork in the tree instead and have been enjoying watching tits feed from it .”
“The 200 garden worms that I ordered arrived as requested on the following day. Unfortunately the parcel arrived in a very distressed way as though it had been squashed under other heavier parcels in transit.
I am currently keeping a close eye on the worms as I require them to last until a week on saturday.
Parcel Force requested feedback about the delivery so I have informed them of the state of the parcel upon receipt.”

Not sure who does the packaging but first order of bird feeder was only wrapped in cardboard and a plastic bag so when it gets thrown around during delivery one of the perches was broken off. Contacted wiggles who sent out a free replacement for next day delivery.”
