“I'm pleased that you are making an effort to reduce plastic use. But I confess I did find the paper bag difficult to manage. There was a scrumpled piece of newspaper in it, and removing it caused the worms to scatter all over the place. My dog loved that and gobbled them up, but it was trouble for me.”
“Although the worms were OK and arrived in good condition I do not think the packaging was very good. The old system of plastic pots with food was much better.
The worms also seem rather dear now.
