“I am trying to improve a flower bed which has heavy clay soil and after adding copious amounts of crushed volcanic rock and rotted manure I decided to add some worms. I bought some from Wiggly Wigglers but I was not prepared for the sight of a wriggling ball of 100 HUGE worms. As a keen gardener I am used to handling worms but must admit I had to put my big girl pants on (plus nice thick gardening gloves) and told myself not to be such a wuss, before distributing them into the flower bed. Seriously though I think they are going to be a fantastic addition and hopefully will soon do their job in helping to convert what was rock hard ground into fertile soil.”

“Second time I’ve bought worms. Compost was great after the first lot but I think they must have died without new food being added. Service was incredibly fast and I received them the next day. A bit sad the packaging is now hidden so I didn’t have an awkward and hilarious conversation with my postman about the fact that I was buying worms in the post.”
