“Avoid!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced”

We’re sorry to read this. As a small independent retailer, we take customer service very seriously and always aim to handle concerns fairly and in line with UK consumer law. In this case, we have issued a pre-paid returns label so the item can be returned and inspected. A decision regarding refund or replacement can only be made once the product has been received and assessed. We remain happy to resolve the matter through the proper returns process. Wiggle & Wag
