“My item was handled by Royal Mail who lost/stole it and ended up with an empty parcel W&W handled the discrepancy and refunded me while they sought the claim Many thx 🙏”

“We discovered Wiggle and Wag a few weeks ago when looking for quality coats for our 2 beddies. “Recently purchased a non stop glacier coat. An amazing price, so much so I called the shop to check. I spoke to the owner who was super helpful and even offered a further discount. Already been back and purchased a couple of collars. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered this Non Stop belt (Canix 2) because the price was great and free delivery. Turns out I'd been adventurous with my sizing so needed to return/exchange for a medium. Easily organised and a promptly received appropriately sized belt arrived in good time. Only other observation would be I think having a phone number to contact would be nice.”

“Brilliant customer care! Kept in touch when there was a slight delay on shipping - James wasn’t happy with the quality of the item and had to wait for a replacement to arrive before it could be sent. Really happy and felt like a nice personal touch. Love the bungee leads - great for my hiking dogs!”

“James is very knowledgeable about all of his products, he’s has taken the time to research and find the best products . When I order dog food from London, it arrives asap and I get notified as needed. The dog food is very good for my dog who has a very sensitive stomach. I have also introduced other dog owners, and they are all very happy with this food. Thanks to James and his team for incredible service..”
