“We didn't have a good customer experience with whitestores ,waited over 12 weeks for our nova cantilever parasol & base to arrive which only got them to act after 7 phone calls to complain .delivery system is a chaotic mess. When finally delivered we had no notification of the date or time slot , it just turned up .whitestores order tracking is not reliable.”
