“nice showroom in Windelsham ...but poor service when you order- now the phone doesnt get answered .Damaged goods arrived but company stalling for a replacement. Tempted to cancel whole order for refund”
“Purchased a 12 seater rattan garden set in 2021. This cost well over £2000. It’s the second summer I have had with this set and all the cushions have already faded and discoloured.
Spoke with the store who said I need to email regarding this issues as it should have happened. After two weeks I finally get a reply saying I only have one year warranty on the cushions and I am not able to replace them. Extremely poor in my opinion. I won’t be make any more expensive purchases from this company again.”

After placing our order we received a dispatch email saying that someone would call us in 2-4 days to discuss a delivery slot. However, we never received a call or any communication about this.
We then called them multiple times to just be fobbed off saying they would look into it and would call us back. This never happened. We called a total of 4 times and eventually our order was delivered. But only because we persisted, not sure if we would have ever got it if we didn't call them.
But the poor service doesn't stop there.
They have delivered two of what we ordered. So we now have a large crate just sat in our garden. I have emailed them several times to come collect it but again no response.
Not sure how this business has so many 5 star reviews.”
“Don’t order from whitestores save yourself the stress. I’ve been waiting for 4 months now for garden furniture which was in stock when I ordered but has left the warehouse damaged 4 times. Customer service is appalling.”
