“The badge was affixed off centre and only one band was supplied. The bands get lost in rubbish removal (often) so at least 3 should be supplied on purchase. Support answer the phone quickly but refer you to the website. The bin is a triumph of style over substance, probably won’t buy any more Wesco products.”

“Very fast delivery and happy with the bin. I didn't get an email receipt, so I was worried, but the bin arrived 2 days later (ParcelForce delays, should have been next day). I would use this shop again.”

“We needed a new one, we literally looked on the bottom of the one we have and did a search via the item number, ordered it and it was delivered within 48hrs. Very impressed. Would recommend Quick delivery and good price.”

“Live chat very helpful to source a replacement bin ( 12 yr old bin that had taken a lot of ‘hammer’) . New bin fits perfectly and feels solid . Hope it lasts as long at the last Westco!”

“Ordering was easy. And the spare part that I have ordered arrived within a week. Ordered 4 springs altogether for my Kickmaster pedal bin within a year. To me they are not made to last. Each order cost me £14.99 x2. I find it it too expensive for a little spare part. For this reason I give you 3 stars.”

“Easy-to-use website and an excellent choice of products. Disappointed that Moray is considered Highland and subject to higher shipping costs. Perhaps need to have more than one courier as not all charge a supplement for our area.”
