“"The bin I ordered was broken. I reported this and was given a choice re how to proceed. At the same time I mentioned how disappointed I was with the company as another product I had received as a present had broken within weeks of opening it. I subsequently received complimentary parts for the other product as well which was greatly appreciated and went a long way to restoring my faith in the company. Having said that I have just found out I am being asked to review a product I did not order! What's going on Wesco?!"”
