“"The product is excellent and the delivery very prompt. No complaints at all about that, but the fitting instructions were not very clear. I managed to fit it eventually but more by luck than following the instructions. Not usually a problem for me, I love flat pack things but this was a bit chalkenging."”

“"Very prompt delivery. Easy to fit with clear instructions and useful template for drill holes. Once fitted, smooth on runners and feels stable when pulled out. Lid doesn't lift as high as I expected ( just enough to pop something small in) but stays up when opened right up manually."”

My only complaint would be a very sneaky pricing on the item I bought (the Single Grandy - Turquoise bread bin), it is priced at \u00a349.95 and the free shipping was on orders above \u00a350. If I choose the normal shipping was about \u00a35, so I decided to buy the cheapest item on the website (some sort of spare part for a garbage bin). I feel is completely unreasonable to price the item that way and expect for the customer to pay \u00a35 when you are already paying quite a bit for a bread bin. Apart from that top quality item!"”

“"Their website offers a \u00a35 discount if you sign up to their mailing list. I couldn't get this to work so called Customer services and spoke to a very nice lady who gave me a discount code. Unfortunately I couldn't make this work either so I proceeded with my order slightly concerned with how it would work out, i'm pleased to say my new bin arrived next day and is perfect. So happy with my new bin even though I feel I paid \u00a35 over the odds."”

“"Fantastic delivery time, but instructions on how to fit were appalling, not Wesco fault but the manufacturer needs to realise if they are selling internationally, that German is not the only language. I also think that long term the kitchen cabinet door which is quite heavy and only supported at the top will be a problem, as it should be more ridged and not flex so much at the bottom of the door."”
