“Very fast delivery great product”

“Installation instructions were extremely poor. The install of this doesn't take into consideration the weight of the door itself, which in my case was a standard Ikea door front, but the weight of it drags the height of the door down in relation to the Wesco frame it sits on so it doesn't align properly. The adjustment screws that affix the brackets of the door to the tray are of poor quality, and of you tighten them up then loose only a few times the thread wears away. I had to replace with 4 nuts and bolts either side, which is what they should have had in the first place. It was a total pain to install and takes so much fiddling and adjustment afterwards.”

“Good sturdy product but the assembly instructions are absolutely dreadful. Took hours to assemble because of the need to work everything out as a puzzle. It’s completely unforgivable not to include better instructions or provide assembly videos online or something that helps explain how it all fits together.”

“Fantastic to be able to replace our 2 x 10L bins in our 4 bin pullout unit after 12 years of constant use - not too many companies create a quality product and keep it in production long enough to do that. Even though it’s tough to see 2 bits of hard plastic entering the landfill cycle it’s a better feeling than the whole 4 bin unit going that way - do a sort of “well done” on the environmental impacts WESCO.”

“I purchased the Z Pullboy 600mm bin. The Instructions are so poorly written I had to guess how all the parts went together. Not sure if this is down to the manufacture of westco. Once i figured out how it all fits tighter watching video on the internet and using my own skills, The bin overall meets its expectation.”

“Love these trendy black enamel bins. Very stylish and hold lots. Putting in a new waste bag is very easy as you just lift the top off and fold it over the inside bin. The lid shits well so no smells escape. Expensive but well worth it!”
